Dr. Narges Yaghoobi Nia

Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from University of Rome Tor Vergata (2014-2017) and M.Sc. of Physical Chemistry. 

Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics Engineering, University of Rome Tor Vergata, and CHOSE - Centre for Hybrid and Organic Solar Energy;

Member of VIPERLAB project (https://www.viperlab-kep.eu/organisations.asp?i=11&t=UNI_TOV);

Communication Manager of the NEXTCCUS project (ERA-NET ACT 2021);

Scientific responsible of CHOH – D project (Italian industrial project for CO2 reduction);

Principal investigator of P4SPACE project (Development of Perovskite Photovoltaics for Space Environment) https://cordis.europa.eu/project/id/101067838, MARIE CURIE Global fellowship 2022 (Sapienza University aerospace engineering school and EPFL university).

She was awarded in 2014 a MARIE CURIE Fellowship as a part of the EU-funded project (Destiny FP7/2007–2013). She has more than 8 years’ experience in the fields of emerging thin film PVs (especially perovskite solar cells/modules, tandem solar Module) and electrochemistry of polymeric layers. She was a member of ESPRESSO, ENEA, PRIN and PERSEO projects and collaborator for the ASI project. She has expertise for organizing the conferences and workshops e.g. PVSPACE-2022 conference and PEROSPACE-2022 workshop.
